Service status

Live checks run from your browser against each service's /health endpoint.

The proxy speaks HTTP CONNECT with per-session auth, so a browser can't probe it directly; if mcp and relay are up, proxy sessions are almost certainly healthy. A "down" result can also mean your own network blocks the request.
